Reimagining WHY Learning Collaborative Aug. 19: Workforce Pipeline Strategies at Spartanburg Regional
We invite you to join us on Wednesday, August 19th, from 10:30 AM–12:00 PM via Zoom for our next Reimagining WHY Learning Collaborative session featuring Julie Denesha, MSN, RN from Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System for a discussion on workforce pipeline strategies, including student shadowing, internships, and other opportunities to engage students in healthcare careers. Explore how Spartanburg Regional is creating meaningful pathways for students and strengthening the future healthcare workforce. You can also use this link to register.
The WHY Learning Collaborative provides a space for healthcare leaders to challenge the status quo and explore innovative solutions to workforce challenges. Participants have the opportunity to learn from peers, share promising practices, and discover new approaches to recruiting, retaining, and supporting healthcare professionals. While the series is geared toward mid-level managers and frontline leaders, it is open to anyone working in a SCHA member hospital.
We encourage you to register and attend, and we would greatly appreciate your help in sharing this opportunity with your hospital partners who may be interested.
