Just Culture Trainings

The South Carolina Hospital Association is excited to offer two Just Culture Certification training opportunities for healthcare organizations across South Carolina. Thanks to grant funding supporting workforce development and patient safety initiatives, this nationally recognized certification program is available at a significantly reduced rate.

A Just Culture promotes shared accountability by helping organizations move beyond blame and focus on improving systems, strengthening communication, and responding to employee behaviors fairly and consistently. Organizations that implement Just Culture principles often see improvements in error reporting, psychological safety, employee engagement, and patient safety outcomes.

These training opportunities are especially valuable for professionals in patient safety, quality, risk management, human resources, nursing and clinical leadership, and frontline management.
