The Workforce Experience Survey (WES) is thoughtfully designed to help hospitals:

• Measure levels of burnout and professional fulfillment among their workforce,

• Identify pain points and sources of chronic workplace stress and frustration, and

• Identify and prioritize actions that can be taken to improve hospital culture, processes, systems, and overall work experience.
